<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at cost reduction through reducing facility costs and man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: In a disk unit, a movable frame 8 is supported in a rotatable manner at a loader chassis housing a turntable and an optical pickup therein. A lock hole 17 is penetrated in a connection lever 14 interlocked and connected to a slide frame with a disk positioning piece on the movable frame 8. At the same time, a pair of lock grooves 17a, 17b are formed at the lock hole 17. There is rotatably arranged, at the loader chassis, a lock lever 20 having a lock pin 22 projected at one end thereof and to be engaged with any one of the lock grooves 17a(or 17b). In the disk unit, the lock pin 22 has a columnar pin body 59 and a Taptite screw 60 integrally projected concentrically at a base end face of the pin body 59. At a top end face of the pin body 59, there is formed an operation concavity 61. The Taptite screw 60 is screwed into a bearing hole 50 at one end of the lock lever 20 through operating a tool for engaging to the operation concavity 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
