<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a former state of function by easily reinforcing a corroded part of a steel pipe support without replacing the corroded steel pipe support for a guard rail and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar 7 worked in a U-shape is installed in a predetermined position in a steel pipe support 1 for a guard rail, and concrete is charged from a top part 12 of a steel pipe of the steel pipe support 1 for the guard rail to form a reinforced concrete structure 14 inside a corroded part 13 of the steel pipe of the steel pipe support 1 for the guard rail.
