METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF ERYTHROPOIESIS ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CARDIAC FAILURE AND CHRONIC RENAL DISEASE WITH ANEMIA

A method for evaluation of erythropoiesis activity includes determination of markers of functional state of red marrow. In patients with combined course of chronic cardiac failure, chronic renal disease and anemia erythropoiesis activity is estimated by the level of soluble transferrin receptor (sTfR) in blood that is determined by enzymoimmunoassay method. At decrease of the level of sTfR compared to previous one or control measurement one registers decrease of erythropoiesis activity.
