A method for automatic control of the process of vacuum evaporation of dairy products which comprises automatic control and regulation of the product’s temperature and level in a vacuum-evaporating unit. A correcting link, to the entry of which a controlled excitement, in particular vapour pressure, comes, is introduced. Said excitement provides the invariance of the system. Thus, the dynamic accuracy of controlling is increased. |
