<p>A conical impact mill has a rotor assembly (1) in which impact elements (7) arranged in at least two axially spaced rows provide, or can be adjusted to provide, a grinding gap (a', a''), defined between the impact elements and a right frustoconical grinding surface of the mill housing (2), that is not constant in the axial and/or circumferential direction of the rotor assembly.
