PURPOSE: Candied ginseng and candied ginseng liquid, and producing methods thereof are provided to offer the candied ginseng and candied ginseng liquid with the improved crude saponin content. CONSTITUTION: Producing methods of candied ginseng and candied ginseng liquid comprises the following steps: mixing fresh ginseng with water, and boiling for 5~10minutes before settling for 9~10hours; partially removing the water from the mixture, and adding sugar; firstly simmering the mixture for 1~2hours using a heater, and settling the mixture for 22~24hours after turning off the heater; secondly simmering the mixture for 1~and settling the mixture for 22~24hours after turning off the heater; thirdly simmering the mixture for 1~2hours and settling the mixture for 22~24hours after turning off the heater; fourthly simmering the mixture for 1~2hours and settling the mixture for 22~24hours after turning off the heater; and separating the candied ginseng and candied ginseng liquid using a filter net. |
