摘要 An induction electrostatic precipitator using multi-cross pin ionizers according to the present invention includes a technical feature capable of relatively increasing the dust collecting efficiency of a dust collecting system by increasing a corona region in which corona discharging takes place and a charging region in which a collection target is charged as compared to the projective discharge electrode of the related art by enhancing a structure of a projective discharge electrode into a structure in which side projections are added. On the other hand, an induction electrostatic precipitator of the related art exhibits dust collecting efficiency of approximately 95% to 96% in terms of dust collecting performance when operating at 15,000 V. However, it is difficult to exhibit a higher dust collecting efficiency than this due to its structure. Through the technical features, there are effects in that an exhaustion treatment in which an induction voltage electrostatic precipitator has relatively high dust concentration is possible, the discharge electrode has high mechanical strength and a simpler structure, and dust attached to the dust collecting electrodes can be removed due to gravity without a separate dust removal means. Therefore, maintenance is easy, the manufacturing costs of the electrostatic precipitator can be reduced, and the efficiency of the dust collecting system can be improved up to 99% or more under the applied voltage of 15,000 V.
