PURPOSE: A composition containing crude drug extract is provided to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating gastrointestinal disorders. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Corydalis Tuber, Pharbitis seed extract or a mixture thereof with reduced toxicity comprises a step of mixing Corydalis Tuber, Pharbitis seed, or a mixture thereof using water, low alcohol of C1-4, or a mixture solvent thereof at 10-15 Deg. C. for24-72 hours. The solvent is 30-70% ethanol solution. A pharmaceutical composition further contains ingredient with an effect of treating gastrointestinal movement disorder. The pharmaceutical composition further contains domperidone, metoclopramide, levosulpiride, mosapride, itopride, erythromycin, and cisapride.
