<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell including an organic semiconductor layer as a photoelectric conversion layer, having more improved photoelectric transfer characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: An organic thin-film solar cell includes in a transparent substrate having a transparent electrode formed thereon: a polymer layer in which conductive polymer compounds are oriented in a constant direction; and an organic semiconductor layer formed on the polymer layer, and composed of p-type organic semiconductor compounds or n-type organic semiconductor compounds oriented in the same direction as the conductive polymer compounds. A method for manufacturing the organic thin-film solar cell includes the step of forming the polymer layer in which the conductive polymer compounds are oriented in a constant direction and a direction parallel to the substrate, on the transparent substrate having the transparent electrode formed thereon, and then forming a layer of the organic semiconductor compounds having properties of a p-type semiconductor or n-type semiconductor, on the polymer layer by a vacuum deposition method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
