<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot system capable of appropriately irradiating a working locus of optional shape with laser beams even when applying laser beams while a laser irradiation part moves. <P>SOLUTION: The robot system 100 includes: a robot 1; a laser scanner 4 moved by the robot 1 to irradiate a target workpiece with laser beams; and a focus computing part 27 controlling laser beam irradiation by the laser scanner 4 based on information on the working locus of optional shape and information on the movement of the laser scanner 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
