<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain structure for preventing an ejected sheet from being drawn into a conveyance path 13 even when performing operation to lower an intermediate plate of a tray 21 in order to place a sheet on the tray. <P>SOLUTION: A conveying roller 22 for conveying the sheet placed on the tray 21 is driven by a motor M1. A pair of paper ejection rollers 43 is driven by a motor M2. The intermediate plate is elevated/lowered by the motor M1. Thus, even if the motor M1 is driven in a reverse direction so as to lower the intermediate plate, the pair of paper ejection rollers 43 does not rotate in the reverse direction. The ejected sheet is therefore prevented from being drawn into the conveyance path 13 caused by lowering operation of the intermediate plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
