<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the presence of a β-phase area and an α-phase area mixed in a protection layer provided at a position corresponding to an energy generation element causes variations in heat transmission and desired recorded images cannot be formed. <P>SOLUTION: By providing a transmission prevention layer on the protection layer and heat-treating the protection layer using the heat caused by the energy generation element with oxygen blocked, the protection layer in an area corresponding to the energy generation element is subjected to phase transition from the β phase to the α phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
