<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder capable of setting the bidirectional mounting angles of a bolt supply unit in an assembly stage of a projection bolt feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The feeder is constituted such that a horizontal base member 43 having a substantially horizontal mounting surface 42 is connected to the lower part of a downwardly extending vertical base member 28, that an insertion driving means 44 performing advance/retreat output is mounted to the mounting surface 42, that a vertically advancing/retreating support member 56 is connected to the insertion driving means 44 in an upwardly extending state and that the bolt supply unit 58 is mounted to the support member 56 through an inclined mounting member 59. An angle defined by a support arm 6 and the bolt supply unit 58 from the top view is made a first inclination angle, and an angle defined by the support arm 6 and the bolt supply unit 58 from the side view is made a second inclination angle θ2. A bolt and a receiving hole 23 are placed in a coaxial state when a supply rod 57 advances by setting the first inclination angle and the second inclination angle θ2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
