<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply which even if changing the current being output to one load, can prevent variation in the current being output to the other load when currents are output to a plurality of loads, and to provide a luminaire. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current circuit 10 controls a current being supplied to have a constant level. PWM circuits 20 and 30 adjust the on time and the off time of the currents being output to LED loads 1 and 2. When a light control signal for changing the current being output to the LED load 1 is received by a receiving unit 40, a control unit 50 controls the PWM circuit 20 so that the current being output to the LED load 1 becomes a current corresponding with the light control signal thus received, and controls the PWM circuit 30 so that the current being output to the LED load 2 does not vary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
