<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a molding possible limit by suppressing occurrence of molding defects, such as a crack and wrinkle, when manufacturing a hydraulically bulged product by performing hydraulic bulging on a molding raw material made of a plurality of metal plates which are overlapped and the peripheral edge parts of which are joined. <P>SOLUTION: When the molding raw material 19 having a first metal plate 21 and a second metal plate 22 on the outermost side, which are overlapped and the peripheral edge parts of which are joined, is sandwiched between a first die 24 and a second die 25 and the hydraulically bulged product made of the molding raw material 19 is manufactured, the first metal plate 21 is caused to enter the inside of a first cavity 24a while a flange part of the first metal plate 21 moves along an inflow resistance increasing part 26 provided entirely or partially around the first cavity 24a on a first flange surface 24b and at the same time, the second metal plate is caused to enter the inside of a second cavity 25a while a flange part of the second metal plate 25 moves along a second flange surface 25b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
