<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device which can reduce surge voltage and can reduce generated noise, and to provide a switching module. <P>SOLUTION: The switching device according to the present invention comprises: a switching element 1; an emitter electrode 100; an emitter terminal 4 for main wiring for connecting the emitter electrode 100 with the main wiring outside; a plurality of a control emitter terminal 5, a control emitter terminal 6, and a control emitter terminal 7 which are interposed in a main current path between the emitter electrode 100 and the emitter terminal 4 for the main wiring; and an inductance 8 and an inductance 9 which are inserted in a main current path between the adjacent control emitter terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
