<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for vehicle capable of leveling a liquid level by improving fluidity of a liquid fluid reserved in a case. <P>SOLUTION: A rear-wheel driving device 1 includes a first case 11L which houses a first electric motor 2A and a first planetary gear type speed reducer 12A, and has a left storage part RL reserving oil for lubricating and/or cooling at least one of the first electric motor 2A and a power transmission path, and a second case 11R which houses a second electric motor 2B and a second planetary gear type speed reducer 12B, and has a right storage part RR reserving oil for lubricating and/or cooling at least one of the second electric motor 2B and power transmission path.
