<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film balloon umbrella in which an umbrella cloth, ribs, and a shaft portion are composed of air films and in which a handle with an air pump is installed. <P>SOLUTION: In the film balloon umbrella, a round or polygonal balloon member upper part (3) made of a film material and a round or polygonal balloon member lower part (4) provided with a shaft mounting port (8) and made of the film material are bonded in an umbrella cloth shape, leaving a portion to be formed with the ribs (6).
