A method for making graded wheat flour comprises grain cleaning of dirt, grain surface cleaning, grain husking, basic conditioning, conditioning the coats prior to the first break system, stage-by-stage grinding and sorting the crushed products removing groats and dunsts on groat-forming systems, polishing the groats and dunsts, grinding groats and dunsts sorting grinding products, forming varieties of flour flows of separate systems of production process and control thereof. Enriching of the groats and dunsts is carried out on sieve purifiers, and husking wheat grain is carried out after basic conditioning. While husking, part of coatings are removed from the kernel surface in an amount of 2-3 % from coming grain mass, on the first break system 35-45 % are removed, at the second one - 25-35 % and at the third one - 10-12 % groats, dunsts and flour. |
