METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLATE OF HATCH COVER OF GONDOLA CAR

A method for manufacturing plate of a hatch cover of a gondola car includes successive forming closed corrugations in rolls of rolling mill stands on technological passes. As a workpiece steel sheets are used having thickness of and size of 1600 × or 1600 × , and in each stand the profiling rolls squeeze on the workpiece six corrugations with edges for ¼ of given depth, after which the workpiece is cut into three or four parts with typical dimensions of a plate of hatch covers.
