A method for the issue of payment instrument (PI), putting it into circulation and change wherein installed is at least one server equipped with special software that enables to generate electronic signals forming records with PT feature set such as serial number, access code, nominal value, emitter code. Payment terminals, cash machines, storefronts and self-service stalls or other facilities by means of which users can to get a PI are connected to the server through Internet or other network. The server is equipped with additional software that makes available to user specified amount of PI of arbitrary nominal value and cost with giving the user code to PI, and software is installed at that server, this enables to combine, split or change PI by changing mentioned set of features such as serial number, access code, nominal value, emitter code, to change PI holder, to change user identifier. The server is connected to energy accounting interface of at least one specified energy system. PI is issued in amount in direct proportion to energy generated and/or stored by this energy system. |
