PURPOSE: A film for shielding electromagnetic waves from a cellular phone is provided to effectively shield electromagnetic waves by including a metal layer on the surface of back surface of a part except the part corresponded to a touch input screen. CONSTITUTION: A transparent film(10) is attached on a screen of a cellular phone. The transparent film is made of a synthetic resin film having thermal resistance. An opening(13) for receiver and an opening(15) for camera are formed on the upper part of the transparent film. A metal layer(20) is formed on the surface or the back surface of a part except the part(12) corresponded to a touch input screen of the transparent film. A protective film has the same shape and size as that of the transparent film.
