PURPOSE: A power monitoring method at a smart device is provided to inquire into office information of an individual space in real time and to select a plurality of spaces at a time and to directly control electricity in a screen of the smart device. CONSTITUTION: Information of overall building is displayed and an initial screen is indicated(S100). Layer information of the building is indicated(S130). Selection of a specific layer is determined by a user(S140). A list of an office of the selected specific layer indicated(S150).
