<p>A new revenue source for administrative land authorities including municipal, district, city, village, unincorporated and incorporated entities, provincial, federal and coastal land administrators is described based on the application of a specific business permit or license to those properties that receive revenue or compensation for areas to erect cell antennas. Currently, most of these authorities receive nominal income from the properties they administer that have erected cell antennas, each of which normally involves the property owners entering into long term leases, license or agreements providing land areas to third party cell service providers to access and erect cell antennas that generate site income to the property owner. A specific type of cell antenna business permit or license is proposed for the erection of cell antennas to be managed with a system of antenna tags, form database, business database and reporting tool.</p> |
