<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promotion testing method with which corrosion resistance of a can molding with respect to content can be predicted in a short time under a long-term storage environment. <P>SOLUTION: According to a method of evaluating corrosion resistance of a can molding with respect to content, the can molding is comprised of a metal plate which has an opening and of which at least inner surface between an outer surface and the inner surface is covered with a resin film or paint. The can molding is filled with the content, and this is used as a test body and installed in a device for blocking the inflow of an external atmosphere to the test body. The content is saturated by a nitrogen gas as needed, dissolved oxygen in the content is discharged and while keeping a temperature of the content constant within the range of 25°C to 60°C, an anode-side constant potential being equal to or higher than 50 mV and being lower than or equal to 200 mV from an immersion potential is applied to the test body. From integrated electric energy generated within a period arbitrarily selected from among 6 to 48 hours just after the constant potential is applied, corrosion resistance of the can molding with respect to the content is evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
