<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of determining an operation schedule of a coke oven capable of prolonging the minimum total carbonization time and reducing the oven temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The minimum total carbonization time of each oven arranged for every oven battery is used as a parameter, a push out scheduling time of each oven is calculated on the basis of the minimum total carbonization time and a coal charging actual resultant time, it is classified on the basis of the push out scheduling time whether the oven is a series oven or an outside oven, the push out order is set by incorporating the outside oven in the same oven battery on the basis of the series oven as a reference, excess carbonization time and a waiting time of a moving machine are calculated on the basis of the push out order and the minimum total carbonization time, a position where the outside oven is incorporated is changed, the push out order by which the sum of the excess carbonization time and the moving machine waiting time is made minimum is set as the operation schedule and when the number of the ovens in production push out schedule is achieved within the schedule period, the minimum total carbonization time is prolonged till a prescribed time to reschedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
