<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an operation is troublesome for a conventionally used paper cutter since a blade is kept projecting to the outside in the state where cutting work is performed and the blade needs to be put back at all times for safety, and even for the improved paper cutter, since a processing tolerance is larger than the thickness of paper to be cut, a blade cutting depth (projection amount) at the point of time of starting cutting is not stabilized and one sheet is too shallow to be cut or the next surface is damaged since it is too deep or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A blade body storage box (5) storing a blade body (7) and a swing arm (3) attached to a fulcrum shaft (2) inside a case holding part (1) are linked and connected by a connector (11), and as the swing arm is positioned and swung in five to ten stages, the blade body inside the blade body storage box is simultaneously and precisely moved up and down and paper is cut one sheet by one sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
