<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulation material having excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, which allows an air space having sufficient thickness to be reliably formed between resin sheets. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat insulation material comprises the steps of: placing a guide plate 11 having a plurality of guide bars 11a on a resin sheet 2, applying a post-curable resin composition to the region between the guide bars 11a for forming a spacer to the thickness thicker than the thickness of the guide bar 11a, laminating a resin sheet 3 thereon, repeating the foregoing steps, curing a post-curable resin composition body 4A for forming the spacer so as to form the spacer, bonding the resin sheets 2 and 3 through the spacer, and removing the guide plate 11 after curing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
