<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building that can has its construction period shortened although using precast beam members which are so shaped that they are easily transported by a truck. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of precast beam members which are arranged on a reference floor and floors of the same constitution with the reference floor are all panel zone integrated type precast beam members B<SB POS="POST">I</SB>, B<SB POS="POST">L</SB>, and B<SB POS="POST">T</SB>which each have two or three beam parts 2 projected from one panel zone 1.
