<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in capturing an aircraft by utilizing an expanded squitter. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary monitoring radar comprises first track file generation means, second track file generation means, extraction means, question generation means which generates a question to be transmitted to an aircraft extracted by the extraction means, and transmission means which transmits the generated question. The first track file generation means associates an identifier of an aircraft contained in an expanded squitter transmitted from the aircraft, a position of the aircraft and a reception time acquired from time measuring means and adds a result of the association to first track file data. The second track file generation means associates an identifier of an aircraft contained in a response transmitted from the aircraft, a position of the aircraft and a reception time and adds a result of the association to second track file data. The extraction means extracts the aircraft being present at a predetermined position by utilizing the position and the reception time contained in the first track file data and the position and the reception time contained in the second track file data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
