摘要 PURPOSE: A swerving control device for a belt conveyor is provided to minimize the scattering and dropping of objects being conveyed by controlling the swerving of a belt and to easily control the swerving of the belt by controlling the tilting angle of a pair of return rollers. CONSTITUTION: A swerving control device for a belt conveyor comprises brackets(110) and a pair of return rollers(120). The brackets are installed in both sides of the underside of a belt conveyor frame. Multiple fastening holes(111) are formed in one side of each bracket. A slot hole is arranged to connect the fastening holes to each other. One side of each return roller is fastened to the fastening holes to control tilting angles. The other side of each return roller pivots up and down on a hinge shaft(130). A pivot unit(121) is formed on the other side of each return roller and is coupled to the hinge shaft. A supporting unit(122) is formed on one side of each return roller so that a supporting shaft(140) can be coupled to one of the fastening holes by passing through the supporting unit. A stop protrusion(121a) is formed on the inner upper surface of each pivot unit.
