PURPOSE: A functional pillow top mattress is provided to be conveniently used and to replace a pillow top according to the use of a user. CONSTITUTION: A functional pillow top mattress comprises a mattress body(110) which is wrapped with a cover sheet, an attaching unit(120) which comprises a plurality of Velcro capable of being attached to one side of the mattress body, and a separable pillow top(130). The pillow top comprises a bamboo board, a cover made of ramie or hemp cloth, an adhesive unit(140) which adheres to the attaching unit, a second pillow top, and a first pillow top.
