The platform has four propellants (P1-P4) comprising propulsion axes (Delta1-Delta4), respectively, where the propulsion axes are oriented in two planes parallel to each other and to a longitudinal axis (X-1, X'-1) of the platform. The propellants comprise propulsive marine propellers (HM1-HM4), tractive aerial propellers (HA1-HA4), a switching unit, and electric motors for rotating the marine/aerial propellers. The switching unit switches a coupling between the electric motors and the marine/aerial propellers and comprises a reversing unit for reversing the rotation of the electric motors.
