The turbine has a blade including a front profile (A) and a rear profile (B), where the front profile is movable or partly movable so as to direct flow of air toward an upper surface of the rear profile located over the rear of the blade. The front profile includes a regulation system for regulating wind incidence angle of the blade according to the intensity and direction of the wind and the number of revolutions of the wind turbine, where the regulation system is based on centrifugal force and wind force exerted on the profiles of the blade.
