PURPOSE: A reference station of a DGNSS(Differential Global Navigation Satellite System) is provided to flexibly handle the increase of DGNSS service performance requirements of an international organization and to solve compatibility problem for a new service and a new signal. CONSTITUTION: A receiver module(50) is connected to a GNSS receiver(101) of a DGNSS system and receives source information of the GNSS receiver and processes it. A reference station core module(40) is connected to an integrity monitoring station(20) and an operation control station(10) of the DGNSS system and creates and processes correction information based on a message processed in the receiver module. The reference station core module performs integrity monitoring of a reference station. An RTCM(Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Service) generator(60) changes the correction information into an RTCM format. A reference station launcher(30) monitors execution, stop, and state of the RTCM generator, the reference station core module, and the receiver module.
