PURPOSE: A thread cutting mold and a screw rolling mold device including the same are provided to manufacture a screw without an additional process by removing burr from a cut surface of a thread part in a rolling mold. CONSTITUTION: A thread cutting mold(300) comprises a cutting edge(310) protruding toward the center axis of a material. The cutting edge a cutting edge entry section(320) with an increasing degree of projection toward the advancing direction of the material and an extension cutting section(330) extending a cut part to the bottom. The cutting edge includes an upper surface(312) vertical to the center axis of the material to cut the bottom surface vertically to the length of a screw, an inclined surface(316) formed at an angle of 45±10°to the upper surface, and a vertical surface(314) which starts from the extension cutting section in parallel to the central axis of the material between the upper surface and inclined surface.
