PURPOSE: A method for continuously manufacturing polyurethane foam dressing and an apparatus therefor are provided to improve the physical property of foam dressing materials and to make mass production possible. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously manufacturing polyurethane foam dressing comprises a step of delaying the curing of polyurethane prepolymer foaming mixed solution through cooling while transferring first release paper(10a) coated with a protection film. The cooling is performed through one selected from a refrigerant mode or a compressed air supply mode.
