PURPOSE: A four-wheel moving device for exercising a whole body is provided to exercise a whole body because rotating force is generated by using the whole body of a user with a first driving unit and a second driving unit, and to be easily steered in a necessary direction with a steering unit. CONSTITUTION: A four-wheel moving device for exercising a whole body comprises a body frame(100), a guide rail(200), a guide unit(300), a pair of front wheels(30), a steering unit(400), a pair of rear wheels(40), a transmission unit(800), a first driving unit(500), a pair of connection units(600), and a pair of second driving units(700). The guide rail is arranged in the upper part of the body frame. The guide unit is arranged to move a saddle along the guide rail. The pair of front wheels is arranged in both sides of the front end of the body frame. The steering unit is rotatably installed in the body frame to steer the pair of front wheels in a same direction. The transmission unit is arranged in a driven shaft for rotating the rear wheels to control the rotating force thereof. The first driving unit moves same as the saddle. When the saddle is moved to the back end of the body frame, the first driving unit generates the rotating force. When the saddle is moved to the front end of the body frame, the backward rotation of the first driving unit is prevented. The connection units transfers the rotating force transferred from the first driving unit to the transmission unit.
