<p>The device (5) has two basic cells (6, 7) respectively comprising first MOSFETs (K12, K22) placed between an input terminal (E) and second MOSFETs (X'1, X'2), and third MOSFETs (X1, X2) placed between the second MOSFETs and inductors (L1, L2). Electrical conductors (67, 77) are connected to the respective cells, and connect the device to a domestic alternating current (AC) network. Control and regulation units (100, 200) control opening and closing of the MOSFETs based on a given cyclic ratio, and operate the device as a direct current (DC)-DC voltage booster or AC-DC voltage converter. The booster provides high DC voltage at an output terminal (S) relative to the input terminal, and the converter converts AC voltage from the network into DC voltage. An independent claim is also included for an electrical architecture.</p> |
