PURPOSE: A gas purifying dust collecting filter is provided to save costs needed for facilities and to improve electric insulating characteristic and anti-corrosion characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A gas purifying dust collecting filter includes a porous filter member and sticky parts. The sticky parts are positioned at one surface or both surfaces of a porous filter member. The porous filter member is in the shape of an entangled network. The thicknesses of the sticky parts are in a range between 0.02 and 3,000um. The splitting resistance of the sticky parts at 22 deg C according to ASTM D1876 is in a range between 300 and 3,000g/25mm.
