<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by increasing an amount of charges transmitted to a collection unit for a rear electrode. CONSTITUTION: An emitter part(121) forms a p-n junction with a semiconductor substrate(110). A first electrode(141) is connected to the emitter part. A second electrode(151) is connected to the semiconductor substrate. The second electrode includes an opening part which exposes a part of a collection unit(152) for the second electrode.</p> |
