PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a composite vessel are provided to reduce manufacturing costs because a lateral sheet is attached on the lateral surface of a plastic cup by cold or hot melt and a bottom sheet is pressed on the bottom surface of the plastic cup. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for manufacturing a composite vessel comprises a mandrel turret(120), a plastic cup supplying unit(110), first and second adhesive jetting units(130,150), a lateral sheet supplying unit(140), a bottom sheet supplying unit(160), a bottom sheet heating unit(170), a lateral sheet pre-curling unit(180), a finishing press unit(190), and a transferring and storing unit(200). A plurality of mandrels(121) of the mandrel turret vacuum-sucks a plastic cup(10). The plastic cup supplying unit supplies a plastic cup to the mandrel turret. The first adhesive jetting unit jets an adhesive on the lateral and bottom surfaces of the plastic cup. The lateral sheet supplying unit supplies a lateral sheet to the top of a turning table. The second adhesive jetting unit jets the adhesive to one surface of the lateral sheet. The bottom sheet supplying unit supplies a bottom sheet to the bottom surface of the plastic cup. The bottom sheet heating unit heats a coated surface of the bottom sheet to be a stickable state. The finishing press unit presses the bottom sheet to the lateral sheet. When the mandrels release a vacuum suction of the plastic cup, the transferring and storing unit transfers a composite vessel(20) with the vacuum suction and stacks the composite vessels.
