<p>PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to minimize a length of a protection circuit module and to increase space efficiency by arranging a protection circuit module in a space between battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises many battery cells(110a,110b), a protection circuit module(120), and a case accepting the battery cell and the protection circuit module. The battery cells are arranged on the surface of the case and the protection circuit module is arranged between the two battery cells. At least one battery cel comprises a first electrode plate having a first polarity and a second electrode plate having a second polarity which is opposite to the first polarity. The first electrode plate is connected to a first cell tap(113) and the second electrode plate is connected to the second cell tap.</p> |
