<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion frame and a vehicle seat which are capable of appropriately attaching a trim cord regardless of the thickness. <P>SOLUTION: On the cushion frame 10 of a seat, a cushion material 20 is placed and covered with a skin material 30.
