<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing management apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of excessive cost and preventing decrease in the operation rate of manufacturing facilities in own company. <P>SOLUTION: The operating time in a prescribed period of time for each manufacturing facility which manufactures respective component parts of a product to be manufactured is calculated. Moreover, regarding the manufacturing facilities designated as calculation objects for the operating time, the component parts being manufactured by the manufacturing facilities, sources of sorting out, of which the operating time is calculated as exceeding the maximum operable time in the prescribed period of time are sorted out as the component parts to be manufactured by the manufacturing facilities, destinations of sorting out, of which the operating time is calculated as not exceeding the maximum operable time. Then, the component parts manufactured by the manufacturing facilities of which the operating time calculated after sorting out still exceeds the maximum operable time are determined as the component parts for which an order is placed with an external manufacturer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
