<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, outputting an acoustic wave for noise canceling from a parametric speaker, capable of reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A noise sound acquisition section 110 acquires external voice and generates voice data of noise sound. A cancellation voice generation section 115 generates cancellation voice data which is voice data for cancelling noise sound, using the voice data of the noise sound. The voice data is, for example, data for outputting voice of reverse phase of the noise sound. A frequency setting section 120 sets a frequency of a modulation signal in a parametric speaker 140. A modulation section 130 generates a modulation signal of the frequency set by the frequency setting section 120.
