PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochromic sheet, a dimming sheet using the electrochromic sheet, a dimming body, an interlayer for laminated glass, and a laminated glass, which enable production of the laminated glass that changes in light transmittance due to the application of a voltage and has high safety.

SOLUTION: An electrochromic sheet contains an electrochromic compound having an aromatic ring and a binder resin, in which the binder resin includes an aromatic functional group and a functional group having reactivity with a functional group on a conductive film and the composition ratio (molar ratio) between the aromatic functional group and the functional group having reactivity with the functional group on the conductive film is 3:1 to 1000:1.
