Provided are a method, device and system for processing multicast stream quality parameters. The method includes: measuring quality parameters of a multicast stream of a received multicast program; generating a multicast management protocol report message, with the address of the multicast program and the quality parameters being carried in a multicast program address field and a type-length-value field of the multicast management protocol report message respectively; and sending the multicast management protocol report message. By way of the embodiments of the present invention, the quality parameters of the multicast stream can be obtained in real time. Failure location can be performed faster when there is a failure according to these quality parameters.
