<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film hardly influenced by the surface condition of an adherend such as a carrier tape and having small deflection of peel strength. <P>SOLUTION: The film includes a surface layer 230 formed of a polymer blend as a main component. The polymer blend includes at least two kinds of polymers each with a single segment, at least two kinds of polymers each with a plurality of segments, or at least one kind of polymer with a single segment and at least one kind of polymer with a plurality of segments. In the film, the maximum value of absolute values of differences among the solubility parameter values of all segments in the polymer blend is 0.40 or more and 1.40 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
