<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable elimination of a reverse rotation preventive device such as a decompression mechanism intended for preventing reverse rotation, and to achieve miniaturization and reduction of cost. <P>SOLUTION: At engine start-up, a clutch actuating means 174 is driven to bring a shift clutch into a shutoff state. When swing-back control is to be performed by a starter generator 66, while the engine is stopped and at least a crankshaft 50 is reversely rotated, the clutch actuating means 174 is driven to bring the shift clutch into the shutoff state. Further, while the engine is stopped and in the idle stop, the clutch actuating means 174 is driven to bring the shift clutch into the shutoff state. Before driving of a shift drum 54 is started, a shift spindle 58 is stopped, the shift clutch is disengaged, and after the driving of the shift drum 54 is completed, the shift spindle 58 is returned to the initial position to engage the shift clutch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
